MEET GEOFF JARMAN.....
Geoff Jarman began gaining valuable sales and marketing experience at a young age being raised and working in the family business. In 1986, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia.
Geoff Jarman has been a realtor for the past 16 years and for the last 12 years has achieved the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver's Medallion Award for being in the Top 10% of all realtors in the Greater Vancouver Region for sales production. In 2002, he became a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver President's Club, recognizing the Top 1% of All Greater Vancouver Region realtors. Furthermore, he has completed 404 sales in the last 4 years. Geoff Jarman is in the top 1% of all greater Vancouver realtors in sales volume for the past 4 consecutive years, including 2005. He is also a multiple winner of Sutton Group's Platinum Award & Sutton Group's Masters Award, which is only presented to Sutton's Elite Realtors!

Our customer-focused; customer-driven Team includes a Listing Specialist, a Buyer Specialist, a Listing and Buyer Administrator, and a Marketing Assistant.
Shelly Nichele, Buyer and Listing Administrator
Shelly Nichele joined Geoff in February of 2005. She works closely with Geoff, obtaining accurate, up-to-date information so that he can make informed decisions and better negotiate on behalf of his clients. As a Buyer and Listing Administrator, Shelly's objectives include: searching for properties tailored to the buyer's criteria; scheduling appointments; compiling comparable property analysis; and obtaining pertinent information from various resources.
Shelly works Monday to Friday 9 to 4. Evenings and Weekends you may call her and she will get back to you as soon as she is able.
Anita Sutherland, Marketing Assistant
Anita joined the Geoff Jarman Real Estate Team in June of 2006. With over 5 years as a marketing manager with Canon Business Solutions Canada Inc., and many more years experience in sales and promotion, she ensures our clients' listings receive maximum exposure with timely, professional advertising. Anita also maintains our website; promptly uploading new listings, property information, and photos. She also creates and coordinates our extensive flyer marketing campaigns.
Rob Balasabas, Buyer Specialist
Rob Balasabas is the newest member of the Jarman Real Estate Team. When you meet Rob, the first thing you'll notice is the enthusiasm and passion he has for real estate. With years of sales and marketing experience in the technology sector, as well as an educational background in Sales & Marketing earned through the British Columbia Institute of Technology -- he is a great addition to the team.
As Geoff's Licensed Assistant, maintaining a high level of customer service and his constant desire to provide satisfaction to our clients, is the key to Rob's daily success. Rob believes that by making sure he looks after every detail, from big to small, you'll have the most pleasant and successful buying experience.
