MEET GEOFF JARMAN.....
Geoff Jarman began gaining valuable sales and marketing experience at a young age being raised and working in the family business. In 1986, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia.
Geoff Jarman has been a realtor for the past 18 years and for the last 15 years has achieved the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver's Medallion Award for being in the Top 10% of all realtors in the Greater Vancouver Region for sales production. In 2002, he became a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver President's Club, recognizing the Top 1% of All Greater Vancouver Region realtors. Furthermore, he has completed 619 sales in the last 7 years. In 2008 he ranked 31 out of 6,961 Greater Vancouver Realtors! Geoff Jarman is in the Top 1% of all Greater Vancouver realtors in sales volume for the past 7 consecutive years, including 2008. Including being Sutton Group - West Coast Realty's #1 Realtor (Burnaby location), he is a multiple winner of Sutton Group's Platinum Award & Sutton Group's Masters Award, which is only presented to Sutton's Elite Realtors! In the fall of 2008 Geoff was voted Burnaby's Favorite Realtor!

Shelly Nichele, Buyer and Listing Administrator
Shelly Nichele joined Geoff in February of 2005. She works closely with Geoff, obtaining accurate, up-to-date information so that he can make informed decisions and better negotiate on behalf of his clients. As a Buyer and Listing Administrator, Shelly's objectives include: searching for properties tailored to the buyer's criteria; scheduling appointments; compiling comparable property analysis; and obtaining pertinent information from various resources.
Shelly works Monday to Friday 9 to 4. Evenings and Weekends you may call her and she will get back to you as soon as she is able.
