Shelly Nichele, Buyer and Listing Administrator
Shelly Nichele joined Geoff in February of 2005. She works closely with Geoff, obtaining accurate, up-to-date information so that he can make informed decisions and better negotiate on behalf of his clients. As a Buyer and Listing Administrator, Shelly's objectives include: searching for properties tailored to the buyer's criteria; scheduling appointments; compiling comparable property analysis; and obtaining pertinent information from various resources.
Shelly works Monday to Friday 9 to 4.

Haidi Yang, Buyer Specialist (Mandarin/English)
Haidi Yang began gaining valuable sales and marketing experience since 1997 working at one of the biggest life insurance company in China as a life insurance rep. She came to Canada in 2000, earned a bachelor degree of business administration in UNBC, and gained variable work experiences in Canadian Financial industry as a financial adviser assistant, financial services representative and personal account manager at one of Canadian Big Five banks. She has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 2005. She joined with Geoff in July 2009 as a sales assistant. Her job includes: scheduling appointments, showing properties, reporting clients' feedback to Geoff and following up. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Sue Jean Cho, Buyer Specialist (Korean/English)
Sue-Jean Cho joined Geoff in October 2009. She is a Canadian-born Korean who is fluent in both English and Korean. She studied English Literature at Simon Fraser University, and Interior Design at BCIT. She is currently working as a full-time Buyer Specialist and her duties include setting up searches, scheduling appointments and tours, and taking clients out to see homes that match their criteria. Her 10+ years of experience in the service industry contribute to her excellent customer service skills. Sue-Jean is hardworking, results-oriented, and dedicated in helping others with friendly service.
