Brentwood Park Homes for Sale
Brentwood has a horseshoe-like grid with a centrally located park of the same name. The area is sloped so many homes have views. Housing is mostly been single-family but there are a number of high-rises and low-rise rental buildings in its south-east corner, near Springer Avenue. Several condominium towers are built on the south edge of the area, along Skytrain tracks in this North Burnaby Neighbourhood. This area is rapidly changing. The new SOLO area of Brentwood is home to Whole Foods and Pho D’Lite. Brentwood is just a short drive to all restaurants and shops in the Heights. This area is quickly changing!
Parkcrest North Burnaby
The housing is entirely single-family with quiet streets lined with older homes. Nice views to Bentwood and Metrotown areas. Real Estate prices reflect the status of North Burnaby is adjacent to Kensington Park is a middle-class neighbourhood. Central Burnaby North
Central Burnaby surrounds the southern part of the Brentwood Park neighbourhood. Situated between Lougheed highway and Canada Way, most of its residential areas are located north of Canada Way. Some major areas surround Central Burnaby would include BCIT, Metrotown and Brentwood Town Centre. There are many restaurants and shopping areas to choose from here. Central Burnaby is comprised of houses, condos and townhomes.
