Simon Fraser Hills is a small neighbourhood located between Forest Hills and Oakdale.  There are two parks located in the area including Simon Fraser Hills Park and Stoney Creek Park, which both offer walking trails through forested areas, playgrounds, and beautiful green spaces.  The majority of the residential real estate available in Simon Fraser Hills is townhomes. This is a great area for young families. There is a market in the neighbourhood for a quick shopping trip

Forest Hills

Forest Hills is a forested neighbourhood that is right at the foot of Burnaby Mountain with many hiking trails and parks in the surrounding area.  It is also minutes away from SFU and the Production SkyTrain station. This area consists of townhomes and detached houses. The majority of the housing is townhouses built in the late 1980 in a natural modern west coast style. For convenience, there are Mountainside Village shops. There is a small secluded detached home neighbourhood between Arden – Underhill and Shellmont – Broadway.

Lake City Industrial

The Lake City Business Centre is located on Lougheed Highway just west of Gaglardi Way. This Business Centre was first developed as a heavy industrial park in the 1950s and ’60s. This mixed-use area is Close to Simon Fraser University and Lougheed Town Centre. There is no housing in this area.
