Prices for Dec 2020 jumped all over Burnaby compared with Dec 2019

Residential sales surged 53.4% year over year last month to hit a new record in the region, according to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver

A total of 3,093 units were sold in December 2020, up from the 2016 sales recorded in Dec 2019.
