Geoff made a visit and explained the value of the townhouse, especially given the location and the health of the strata. He pointed out improvements that would pay for themselves in the sale of the townhouse – and then happily organized excellent workers he knows to take care of the work. We are pleased with the renovations that were done and very pleased with the selling price – and it didn’t take long to sell at all!
