  • I was very pleased- to say the least- as to how Geoff conducted the sale of my property. I was pleased with the final sale price. I had the opportunity to meet the new owner and to “show” him some of the individual aspects of the inside of the house. He also met my neighbour. When it was time to move, I hadn’t anticipated how much I had to remove from that property. I got behind in the removal and had to hire a firm to remove many items and ask for help from my neighbour. I was upset with Geoff & the sales contract for stating the removal of all items. Later, I realized I had
    underestimated how much I had to remove and I apologized to
