When it was time to touch up our home before listing, Geoff brought in a painter and had contacts for carpeting and window dressing. He made our renovations hassle-free which was the big selling point for us! The sale was… fine. Our home was on the market relatively longer than the market average. I concede that the market was completely erratic when we listed in February 2022, it was difficult to list a price with much certainty and only in hindsight we are aware that we listed too high. Despite that, we probably sold close to the best price we could have gotten (since in order to sell quickly it would have required listing for a lower amount). I am grateful for Geoff’s help.
